The package was released in January 2019, but the driver is from. The driver available for my laptop model is the ELAN touchpad (v19.4.7.3). If your computer with ELAN Touchpad, after upgrading to Windows10 (1903), two fingers cannot swipe the start menu, update driver to fix it. I cannot swipe the start menu using two finger gesture after installing the Win10 1903.
